Core Inclusion Course

Many of the workplace practices, activities and training which have been developed to increase inclusion for specific types of diversity can also apply to other types of diversity. For example, unconscious bias training can have positive impacts across First Nations, LGBTIQ+, gender equity, cultural diversity, disability, and generational diversity.

The Core Inclusion course has been developed to build foundation skills and knowledge which will help to make organisations more inclusive of a range of diverse communities.

The Core Inclusion course has been created in collaboration with Diversity Council Australia (DCA). We are also thankful to the University of Queensland Workforce Diversity and Inclusion team for their insights, and for providing access to leading researchers and to people with lived experiences.

The Core Inclusion course is scalable, cost-effective, and can be delivered to employees by:

  • Learning Management System
  • Online Course Portal
  • Annual Licence Fee

`We have seen our course completion rates increase to numbers we’ve never seen before. The modules have been so successful.`
